History of CeX

CeX was founded in 1992 in London. The name stands for Complete Entertainment Exchange and over the 1990s the retailer expanded to different parts of London and eventually to other UK cities. As well as 352 CeX UK stores, the retailer has a further 175 stores in the rest of the world, in places as diverse as India, Spain, Poland and Mexico.
