According to a study published by Littlewoods, women feel happier when they have a bigger and curvier body.
The days of being jealous when you’re looking at a size zero model in a magazine seem to be behind us.
Littlewoods have recently released a study over 2,000 women showing that women with a curvier and fuller body were more confident in their own skin than those women in smaller sizes.
74% of participants were satisfied with their body, but in conclusion they found that women wearing size Extra Large were happier with their bodies than women who wore any other size.
Participants named celebrities with the bodies they most admire, and again, curvy women came out on top with names including Kim Kardashian, Beyonce and Nigella Lawson.
Littlewoods was founded in 1923 as a football betting company, but developed a retail arm in its later life. It now lives on the internet providing homeware, clothing and electronics.
